And as we can see, these nutrients are not something that we hardly see; they are in fact in all sorts of food that we eat.

They are called nutrients simply because of their high content of this antiaging agent. Besides the natural resource of nutrients, there are also many other nutritional supplements that contain these nutrients, and we basically take them as our sources of medicine supplements daily. Some of them are Alpha Lipoic acid, Alpha-Tocopherol, Beta-Carotene, Beta 1, 3-D Glucan, Lutein, Lycopene, Indole Carbinol 3, NAC (n- Acetyl Cysteine), SOD (Superoxide Dismutase).
